I acknowledge the Arakwal and Ngangbul people of the Bundjalung Nation, as the continuous traditional custodians of the land and sea, where I am grateful to live and work.

I will always care for this sacred place, by honouring and seeking guidance from its first people, whose culture and spirit is inseparable from the land itself.

I pay my deepest respect to Elders - past, present and emerging. I honour all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the world’s oldest living civilisation, as the heart of our country’s wisdom, strength, spirituality and artistic and cultural imagination.
